Leila Tong (born December 5th, 1981) is one of the rising actresses in Hong Kong. Though not apart of the infamous TVB management company - she declined their offer early in her career - she has participated in many of their series, including several dramas that she became recognized for, including:
Aqua Heroes,
Square Pegs,
The Last Breakthrough,
Bar Benders and
Life Made Simple. She has been nominated numerous times by TVB for Most Supporting Actress, though she has not won as of yet.
Besides filming TVB dramas, she has also participated in other dramas, including one from China, called
The Last Princess, which ultimately gained her more popularity in China. She also has released her debut Mandarin album called "Singing to the Moon" that was released early December 2007.
